The SD300 Pro 3D printer accurately builds plastic models layer by layer right at your desktop. Prototyped parts are so accurate they require no machining and can be assembled into functional products. The PVC material used is flexible and durable enough to produce threads on a bolt, thin-walled parts, or even snap-together parts without breaking. If so desired, the final product can be machined or painted for a final touch. Larger parts can be produced in sections and bonded together, putting detailed prototyped parts in hand in a fraction of the time.
Rapid Production from CAD Data to Modeled Part
Any CAD data (STL file) can be imported to the printer which builds the model by feeding, gluing and cutting each layer until the prototype is complete- no outsourcing, lag time, or expert needed. Multiple CAD files can be imported and laid out using SD View, the printer interface software, allowing multiple models to be printed at the same time. The plastic material surrounding each model peels away layer by layer without the need for a curing process. The result is a flexible and functional prototyped part suitable for a stand alone presentation, assembly, or design collaboration- all right from your desktop.
