Another way that you and your engineers can benefit from the subscription program is by taking the CSWP/CSWA Exam for free.  You will know the proficiency level your engineers are at and can help them ‘step-up’ with additional focused training; your Engineer(s) will be confident in their ability as certified Users, that they are qualified Engineers using the best 3D CAD software available.
